Manufacturer reference — CLARKE ENERGY: a five-unit instrument air application combining lubricated screw compression, desiccant drying, filtration and remote monitoring. The reference lists 40 m³/h per unit and a −40°C dryer dew point. A Sri Lanka proposal must be sized against the actual instrument demand and installation conditions.

Manufacturer reference — SAFRAN: a mobile instrument air package for ice blasting. The example combines a 50 hp variable-speed screw compressor with refrigerant drying and stainless steel piping, with a listed capacity of 350 m³/h. Manufacturer reference — ECOLE DES MINES: a containerized compressor installation placed on a roof because ground-level building space was limited. The example uses two 30 hp variable-speed compressors, desiccant drying and coordinated controls. Structural suitability, access and ventilation require project-specific assessment.

Manufacturer reference — SITINAO: an air package for concrete construction with three 100 hp variable-speed screw compressors. The listed reference capacity is 2,700 m³/h, with coordinated control and an external desiccant dryer. This configuration illustrates how space and demand affect package design.
LASER CUTTING
MAC3 High-Purity Nitrogen for Laser-Cutting
Manufacturer reference — BODOR: compressed air feeds a PSA nitrogen generator, with activated carbon filtration and a booster for bottle filling. The reference lists 99.99% nitrogen purity, storage pressure up to 300 bar and regulated delivery at 25–30 bar. Purity and flow must be specified together for a new installation.

MAC3 Global N2 Supply for Oil & Gas
Manufacturer reference — SNF: nitrogen packages combine MAC3 lubricated screw compressors with generator communication through MODBUS. The referenced arrangements list 20–24 m³/h nitrogen output at 99.9% purity. Use these figures as examples rather than a specification for a Sri Lanka quotation.
